We are a company called COMERCIALIZADORA INTERNACIONAL FLORES DE APOSENTOS (hereinafter referred to as FLORES DE APOSENTOS), identified by NIT 830068604-2, whose economic activity is the wholesale trade of agricultural raw materials.

FLORES DE APOSENTOS SAS is the data controller, in accordance with Article 3 of Law 1581 of 2012, responsible for the processing of information based on databases containing information related to its commercial establishments. In line with this, FLORES DE APOSENTOS will store and use the captured personal data for the following purposes: (i) Customer loyalty through the offering and sale of our services and products. (ii) Conduct, directly or through third parties, marketing activities, commercial communication, and promotional and/or advertising activities using any medium. (iii) Customer service, market intelligence, service improvement, verifications and inquiries, enabling payment methods; evaluating the quality of our products and services. (iv) Contact data subjects to send them information, either physically or electronically, regarding the company’s products, services, offers, promotions, invitations, advertising, and services. (v) Fulfill obligations with our clients related directly or indirectly to the company’s corporate purpose to facilitate the proper execution of product and service purchases. (vi) Address PQRs (petitions, complaints, and claims) related to our products and services and generally for conducting commercial activities. (vii) Report negative data to financial risk centers. (viii) Receive information from FLORES DE APOSENTOS’ partners who wish to contact the data subjects to offer them commercial options for goods or services that may be of interest. Therefore, FLORES DE APOSENTOS may use the personal data provided by the data subjects and, in general, all clients who are part of its loyalty programs for the aforementioned purposes, including the national and international transfer and transmission of personal data, as well as to respond to requests from various supervisory and control entities.

Your rights as a data subject include: (i) Knowing, updating, and rectifying your personal data with the data controllers or processors. This right may be exercised, among other cases, for partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented data that may lead to error, or for data whose processing is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized; (ii) Requesting proof of the authorization granted to the data controller; (iii) Being informed by the data controller or processor, upon request, about the use that has been made of your personal data; (iv) Filing complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations; (v) Revoking the authorization and/or requesting the deletion of data when the processing does not respect constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees; (vi) Accessing your personal data that has been processed, free of charge.
