What is the Aposentos Ethics Hotline?
It is a communication way for employees, suppliers, customers, and others to report activities or behavior considered contrary to the law or the interests of C.I. FLORES DE APOSENTOS S.A.S. and its partners.
The Aposentos Ethics Hotline operates independently, guaranteeing the confidentiality and anonymity of the reporter.

What situations can be reported by the Aposentos Ethics Hotline?
Participation in activities, business or operations contrary to the law.
Appropriation or misuse of the company's assets.
Abuse of the conditions of administrator, officer or collaborator of the Company for their own benefit.
Situations of disloyalty with the Organization.
Conflict of interest situations.
Misuse of confidential information.
Commercial practices against the interests of the Company.
Notification of suspicious activities of money laundering, drug trafficking or any illicit act.
Falsification of contracts, reports or records.
Accept gifts, favors, invitations, trips, payments and general perks that can influence their business decisions and operations, for direct or indirect benefit of the person who grants it.
