Colombia complies with the recommendations of the FATF (Financial Action Task Force), which leads global action to tackle money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing.

Consequently, C.I. Flores de Aposentos S.A.S. implements, the Colombian system known as SAGRILAFT with all of its clients. This system is designed to prevent the risk of money laundering, terrorism financing, and financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Additionally, we implement the PTEE, which aims to prevent acts of corruption and transnational bribery.

Understand and Accept our Claims Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established clear guidelines, policies, and procedures for filing claims in the event of any issues with your order.

Important Considerations:

Report any problem that may lead to a claim by contacting your salesperson via email within 5 days of the flowers’ arrival.
Problems in transportation, delays in flights, lost boxes, damaged boxes, and on-board temperature changes are responsibility of your cargo agency. Please, contact them directly to solve these kinds of claims.
Be sure to include all required information as outlined in our Claims Policy.
Once your claim is accepted, a credit will be applied toward your future shipments and will remain valid for a maximum of one year.

Founded in 1980 and located in the norther Bogotá savannah of Colombia, Aposentos Flowers now has more than 65 hectares of crops. 70% of our production consist of carnations (with over 50 varieties), while the remaining 30% are spray carnations (with more than 30 varieties).

Our flowers are certifies by Rainforest Alliance and GLOBALG.A.P., ensuring responsible cultivation practices and high-quality products. Sustainability, along with environmental and social best practices, are core pillars at Aposentos Flowers. Note: Aposentos Flowers does not use certificantions seals on sleeves or boxes.

Request our availability through your Account Manager or main Aposentos Flowers contact.
Share your specific requirements. Orders can be standing (weekly) or additional (occasional).
Prices vary based on the type of order and the season.
Your Account Manager or main Aposentos Flowers contact will confirm your order and send a proforma invoice for payment.
Once payment is received, we will process your order to ensure timely shipment.
We reserve space with your freight forwarder and ship your order according with the ETD (Estimated Time to Delivery) agreed upon with the cargo agency.
Upon receiving the flowers, if there are any quality issues, we will request that you submit a Credit Application (CreditApp). If our technical team approves the claim, we will issue a credit immediately for your next shipment.
